ICCL recognizes the academic and extra curricular talent hidden in the community. Each year, the awards committee selects adults and youth from the community that demonstrate distinguished service in volunteering.

Scholarship awards to students in elementary, intermediate, and high school for academic excellence and in the field of performing arts are also presented.
